At the age of 4, Alice began figure skating before discovering her passion for dance. She trained at a local dance school until she began professional training at age 12. Through learning from a range of industry professionals, her experience spans stage performances, music video shoots, and live events across the UK.
She holds a Level 6 Performing Arts (Dance) Diploma with Distinction and furthered her training at Italia Conti Academy. Alice also completed a Pilates teaching qualification with a 99% final score. She continues to develop her skills by regularly attending open classes in London.
With a strong foundation in Commercial, Jazz and Lyrical, Alice focuses on empowering her dancers to express themselves confidently while building solid technique and stage presence. Producing sharp, high-energy choreography with an emphasis on individuality, she creates a space where dancers of all levels can feel seen, grow and shine.
Millie has been dancing all her life, performing up and down the UK in venues such as Blackpool Tower and even in the West End's 'Her Majesty's Theatre', home to the Phantom of the Opera.
After deciding that she wanted to turn her love for dance into a career, she began training in professional dance, acrobatics and aerial at the Italia Conti Academy where she graduated in the summer of 2022.
Millie has worked professionally since graduating allover the world onboard cruise ships as a Dancer, Dance Captain and most recently Production Cast Manager.
Millie continues to learn taking various classes across London alongside teaching, she is excited to work with you all at LDC.

Rani discovered her passion for teaching while volunteering with children during her time at school. Alongside following an academically rigorous structure at an all-girls Grammar school, she trained at D&B Performing Arts Academy where she learnt ISTD Ballet, was part of an award-winning Street dance team, and attended the Saturday Theatre School, learning multiple styles such as Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Jazz and more.
After achieving 3 A**’s in A Level subjects, she attended the University of Roehampton, earning a First-class Honours degree in Dance and studying Contemporary dance styles. Since graduating in 2024, she has had the opportunity to work with a wealth of wonderful students, including University competition teams, specialist dance schools, charity organisations and many, many more. She creates choreography for Theatre productions, competitive dance teams, examinations and more.
Committed to nurturing not just skilled dancers, but confident, well-rounded individuals, she believes in the power of dance to build self-esteem, promote mental wellness, and bring people together. Her bubbly and charismatic character cultivates a supportive class dynamic.
Nadia trained as a rhythmic gymnast at the age of 8 before discovering her passion for dance and musical theatre 4 years later.
Throughout her training she competed in numerous competitions and has performed on a variety of different stages and live events in the UK.
She is a recent graduate of the Wilkes Academy of Performing arts where she graduated with a first class honours degree. After training professionally in a range of styles including jazz, ballet, commercial, contemporary, tap and musical theatre, she continues to develop her skills by regularly taking classes with industry professional in London.
Nadia is passionate about sharing her love of dance and creating a fun, supportive environment where every student feels encouraged to grow in confidence, technique and creativity.
Garry trained at The Urdang Academy in London. Since graduating in 2011, Garry has earned a wealth of industry credits spanning from commercial work, tours, corporate events, teaching and choreographing for various musicals and performing arts schools.
